The Server's Up!

The initial, very rough configuration for the new site is setup and running.  There should still be heavy modifications, but at this point, some users should be able to start adding content provided they have have been issued a specific account (respond on the mailing list).  User created accounts will be restricted to near read-only access, so don't try that yet!
