Beer Expedition
Last year at Penguicon several of us decided that we should host our own room party, with the idea that we'd like something a little tamer (or at least differently out of control) than the UHACC party, and a little different than yet another Guitar Hero party.
And what's the most important thing for a good room party? That's right, good beer. To that end several of us will be congregating at the Frankenmuth Brewery on Saturday. We're assembling at my house, 5390 River Ridge Drive, Flushing MI 48433, along about 6pm. From there we'll car pool up to Frankenmuth and install ourselves at one of the best German breweries in Michigan and partake of the available beverages. Last I was there they had beer samples for not too much money. Figure $20-$30 will get you through the evening in style.
